In the spirit of Earth Day (April 22), this competition calls for a tote bag graphic – using words, an illustration or a combination of both – that contains your own message to do what we can, individually and/or collectively, to save our environment and help prevent climate change. Of course, many things can be done on various levels and at various scales – we're looking for personal responses to this global issue.
Social Designer will choose the best design to win prize money of $2000. The winning design will also be printed onto tote bags and sold right here on the site with 20% of the profits going to Global Green USA.
Judging Criteria
Judging will be done by us here at Social Designer.
We are looking for simple, positive messages with contemporary, graphically appealing designs.
Your design should not include or make any reference to any particular region, culture, religion, conflict, politics or commercial entity, nor should it pose or connote negative sentiments or imagery.
The Global Green logo and Earth Day logo must not appear on the design nor should the logos of any other organization or brand. Your entry must not mention or refer to Global Green or Earth Day.
Entries with logos or with negative or undesirable content such as those described above will be removed.
Based on the winning design, we will decide the exact print location of the winning design and color of t-shirt it will be printed on.
The judges' decisions are final.
