Design a cool doodle for a t-shirt to impress guest judge OKAT from Doodlers Anonymous. The winning shirt will benefit Architecture For Humanity.
20% of the profits benefit Architecture for Humanity
This is a competition devoted to that most instinctive and idiosyncratic of the arts: the doodle.
We're calling on all amateur and accomplished practitioners to create an original doodle for the front of a t-shirt that will be made and sold right here.
The theme of this doodle competition is "One-liner" – draw from this what you will.
You're going to have to work hard to impress our doodle expert and guest judge for this competition – OKAT, founder and editor of the amazing blog Doodlers Anonymous.
Your doodle can use up to 6 colors (including black) and must not exceed the maximum print area of 12 inches x 14 inches.
The winner will receive $2,000 and the winning design will be printed onto the front of a t-shirt to benefit Architecture For Humanity.
Judging Criteria
We are looking for positive imagery with contemporary, graphically appealing designs.
Your design should not include or make any reference to any particular region, culture, religion, conflict, politics or commercial entity, nor should it pose or connote negative sentiments or imagery.
The Architecture For Humanity logo must not appear on the design nor should the logos of any other organization or brand. Your entry must not mention or refer to Architecture For Humanity.
Entries with logos or with negative or undesirable content such as those described above will be removed.
Based on the winning design, we will decide the exact print location of the winning design and color of t-shirt it will be printed on.
The judges' decisions are final.
Deadline for entries: July 20 2009 at 6pm UTC
Voting starts: July 22 at 6pm UTC

NOTE: "UTC" stands for Coordinated Universal Time – which is dependent upon time zone so be sure to check what time that means to you. Late entries will not be accepted. Dates may be subject to change.
